*I made an easy update on the meal plan printable! As quarantine goes on into July. (Seriously???) I have noticed I don’t need breakfast or lunch but just dinner. Love to meal plan and it makes figuring out dinner super easy. Plus if it’s easier to do one dinner Wednesday night instead of Thursday it’s just an easy switch of plans. I will already have all the ingredients for both meals so it’s not a big deal. You can download the dinner only meal plan here.
I made a quick 3 week meal plan since we are basically running a tiny restaurant out of our at-home kitchens. This just helps me remember what I have in my fridge. What I need to defrost in the morning. What is about to go bad and needs to be used up. Sometimes it makes the yummiest conundrums. Yesterday I added sautéed mushrooms to our turkey burgers because they were about to go bad. I always hate throwing fruit and veggies away so this is helping me kind of mentally organize my fridge.
I have this weeks meal plan all written out. This doesn’t mean we have to stick to that day. Most likely I will because I feel this meal planning very comforting in this time of unknown. No one is making plans but at least I know what’s for dinner!
